I use HJSplit freeware for many years to join multiple files & split large files for uploading...
if you don't have that, just download it here:

It supports file sizes of over 100GB, it can split files, join/recombine files, and it runs without install. Just extract the zip file into a directory of your choice, and start the program by double clicking on hjsplit.exe.
Just keep a shortcut of hjsplit.exe on your desktop -;)
